Our shapewear products have a size chart listed with every Item that will help you select the perfect size according to your measurements. You can also select your size according to your pant size... for example: Small= 0/2 pant size Medium= 3/5 pant size Large= 6/8 pant size XLarge= 9/11 pant size 2Xlarge= 12/14 pant size 3XLarge= 15/16 pant size 4XLarge= 16/18 pant size 5XLarge= 18/20 pant size ***Keep in mind if you have a round belly you may want to go up one size for comfort. Absolutely!! Most of our shapewear can be ordered up to size 12XL. These items aren't listed on our site but can be made into a custom order. To place a custom order you can simply send me (Bianca) a text, email, or DM on any of my social media platforms. I will: 1. Assist you in deciding which size you need 2. Create an invoice for your order 3. Once invoice is paid, your order will be processed. *** Please be advised custom orders are to be paid for up front and can take up to 7 to 10 business days to process.

And if you are absolutely sure that you are putting the trainer on properly, we will allow you to return you item under the following conditions: There are not scratches or marks on the item. It must me unworn and in new condition You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return Once Item is received and inspected, we will EXCHANGE ONLY. There will be no refunds for returned items.
