Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames you've selected, please make sure that your delivery address is correct and includes all relevant and/or required information. Please make sure that you provide the correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable). This is very important to ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

 

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

 

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS only. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

 

We do not ship international at this time.

Processing Time & Shipping Speed

All orders are subject to a processing time of 3 to 5 business days, in most cases sooner. This timeframe is separate from the time it will take for the shipment to reach its final destination once it has been picked up from by the applicable carrier.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

 

We only use USPS Priority shipping at this time. 

 

Once your payment is authorized and verified, USPS Priority mail can take up to 2/5 business days to receive after your shipping details have been emailed to you. Please keep in mind that this is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Fees & Policy

Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from msthicfitness.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 14 days of the shipping date to be eligible for a store credit or reship. Ms.ThicFitness does not take responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier and will review on a case by case basis.

If you are experiencing a non-delivered package or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

​

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process.

 

Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

 

Ms.ThicFitness does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier.

 

We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping & Returns

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our #MsThicfitnessQueens, Ms.ThicFitness reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, Ms.ThicFitness reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of wearing one time for a special occasion and returning... also known as “wardrobing;”

  • An irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Ms.ThicFitness also reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Return & Exchange Policy

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return your item. In order to start the return process, you must first contact us via website contact form, email, text, or social media DM.

All returns are processed best via written contact.

​

All return are processed as an exchange only. You will not be issued a refund in any form for items returned to Ms.ThicFitness. 

​

The customer is fully responsible for shipping cost to return items. 

​

In order for a return to be processed:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.

  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

  • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not available, you can include your shipping details along with your name and contact information. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Shapewear that will touch private parts, are not eligible for returns or exchange. They are considered final sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit. These items include, underwear, bras, fajas, etc.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
